Neurodiversity Coaching (From £75 per hour)

It’s different because you are!

As well as my Level 7 Executive and Senior Leadership coaching qualifications, I am a specialised Neurodiversity coach. I have trained with ADHD Works and I am currently studying for a PGC in Advanced Neurodiversity Coaching at Birkbeck University.

If you are neurodivergent (diagnosed or not) or just neuro-curious, Neurodiversity Coaching could make a difference to your work and home life.

My personal experience of being neurodivergent (I was diagnosed ADHD in 2018) means that I know it brings great opportunities alongside unique challenges. Neurodiversity Coaching is designed to help manage the challenges and harness the opportunities. Being neurodivergent can make areas such as goal-setting, time management, and daily functioning a struggle. However, because neurodivergence is by definition ‘diverse’, it requires a highly tailored coaching approach. That’s why I don’t have a “one-size-fits-all” process.

If you’ve tried other types of coaching before you’ll find Neurodiversity Coaching is very different. I use specialised tools and techniques so that we can co-create routines that work for you. I want to help you find your answers and gain the support you need to be celebrated for the difference your difference brings.
